We at Pokayoke are now looking for an interim team leader for assignments with our clients around Gothenburg.

About the position

As an interim team leader, you step into operations where your leadership is needed to create structure, develop working methods, and strengthen employee engagement. The role involves both leading and coaching the team while working closely with operations to ensure efficient processes, high quality, and a safe working environment.

You will have the opportunity to contribute your experience in business-critical assignments where variation and development are a natural part of everyday life. One assignment may involve optimizing staffing planning and improving workflows, while another may involve leading a change journey or supporting during an establishment phase. Common to all is that you, as an interim team leader, create measurable results while building motivation and participation within the team.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Leading and distributing work to ensure efficiency and quality in processes
  • Coaching and supporting employees to achieve set goals and create job satisfaction
  • Monitoring performance and working with continuous improvements
  • Ensuring that workplace and safety routines are followed
  • Participating operationally in the daily work and being a present leader
  • Contributing to long-term improvements in the client's logistics or production environment

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and engaged leader who thrives in an interim role where assignments and operations can vary. You have previously worked as a team leader or in a similar role within warehousing or production and are used to both planning and driving daily operations.

A+B forklift license is required. Solid experience in motivating and developing teams. Ability to analyze and follow up on productivity. Good understanding of logistics and process optimization. Communicative, collaborative, and confident in your leadership. As a person, you are solution-oriented, positive, and forward-thinking. You thrive in environments where change is part of everyday life and where you have the opportunity to develop both the team and yourself.
