As a Production Worker/Warehouse Worker, you will have a varied job and be part of a team of 13 people. You play an important role in ensuring that the flow of goods runs as efficiently and smoothly as possible together with the team.

A large part of your daily work is carried out under your own responsibility, which requires you to be structured, meticulous, quality-conscious, and to promote a safe working environment.

Your main tasks

• Cutting work on the company's saw and cutting machines, according to orders/cutting schedules
• Preparing and picking materials for cutting
• Measuring and checking materials
• Packing and labeling finished materials for delivery
• General warehouse tasks such as picking, restocking, inbound and outbound deliveries, and forklift driving
• Document management related to orders, delivery notes, labels, and/or production documentation

We work according to 5S to create order, safety, and efficiency in our work.

Experience and skills

We prefer that you have a high school education with a focus on industry/technology or logistics/warehouse, or equivalent work experience.

• Previous experience in production, warehousing, or industry.
• Good experience in handling counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks.
• Experience working with saw/cutting machines or other cutting/processing equipment is an advantage.

Formal requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Forklift license A and B
• Driver's license B
• Experience working in business systems/WMS and booking freight is an advantage.

Personal qualities

You are a person who enjoys working at a fast pace during periods, is cooperative but can work independently and perform your tasks meticulously.

The work is physically demanding, which requires you to be a physically strong person who enjoys being active.

You are a person who is curious to learn new things and develop in your professional role, and you care about maintaining high quality in your daily work.

Of course, you are a positive person who spreads joy in the workgroup.

We offer

A full-time position, 100% in our warehouse operations in Kungsbacka. The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours are currently Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Employment conditions apply according to the applicable collective agreement, Warehouse and E-commerce, between Swedish Trade and the Union of Commercial Employees.

Start date as soon as possible, by agreement.
