We are assisting our sister company Oplana with a recruitment for their client TeknoDetaljer, who is looking for a Project Manager

About the Client

TeknoDetaljer develops and markets advanced automation equipment (spring winders) primarily for the medical technology industry. The company's other business area is contract manufacturing of precision components with customers in industry, medical technology, communication, and nuclear power.

Job Description

We are looking for a senior project manager responsible for our customer order projects. A role that involves close collaboration with production, design, purchasing, and sales. You will be responsible for all communication regarding the project with our global customers, lead the Factory Acceptance Test, and compile the technical documentation of the project prior to delivery. The role also includes driving internal product development projects.

TeknoDetaljer is a small company, and the project manager needs to be prepared to be flexible and help where needed. This may involve assisting TeknoDetaljer's sales representative or production during machine test runs, depending on personality and competence.

The work takes place on-site at TeknoDetaljer's office in Järfälla. The role reports to TeknoDetaljer's Business Area Manager, Carl Johan Bergström.

Experience

To successfully take on the role of Project Manager, we see that you have several years of documented experience in a leading role within the manufacturing industry and a good understanding of design. You have work experience in technical and commercial project management. Educationally, you have a post-secondary education, either a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent. Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form is a requirement.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in sales work – preferably from a project-oriented business
• Good experience working in a project management system and Monitor ERP
• Experience in purchasing technical components
• Knowledge of manufacturing in the engineering industry
• Good experience communicating with international contacts via phone, email, and TEAMS

• Self-driven with a very good ability to collaborate in a team
• Good communication skills (clear and structured in speech and writing)
• High integrity and being a good requirement setter
• Structured working method with attention to detail, both large and small
• Inspiring with a good ability to convey set goals.
• Unpretentious and willing to pitch in where needed

Salary and Employment Conditions

Oplana handles the recruitment, but employment will occur directly with the client company TeknoDetaljer in Järfälla AB.
