About the position

As a Parts Advisor, you will be an important link between our customers and the workshop. Your main tasks will include a lot of contact with the workshop, suppliers, and customers. You will work with a strong focus on customer service, and your responsibilities will include maintaining high quality and working effectively with communication. You will, among other things:

• Manage incoming orders, both over the counter and via phone or email.
• Ensure that our inventory is well-organized and updated, including ordering new parts as needed.
• Create invoices and follow up on payments for sold parts.
• Handle customer inquiries and any complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Qualifications

• Driver's license B
• Computer skills, MS Office
• Good knowledge of CABAS
• Experience in the role of Parts Advisor or similar work
