In your role as a selling team leader, you will be a key player in our success story. You will work with the computer and phone as your primary tools and easily create relationships through these channels. You are a natural salesperson who motivates others by leading the way and showing where the bar should be set.

You will:

• Pick up the phone and create contact: Take the initiative to call, reach out to potential customers, and open doors for new business opportunities.
• Be the driving force for our telecom department.
• Build strong customer relationships: Follow up and develop long-term collaborations with companies.
• Identify new opportunities: Find new possibilities and tailor solutions that make a difference for our customers.
• Conduct negotiations and close deals: Drive dialogues that lead to successful agreements and growth for both our customers and Cloudo.
• Lead and motivate your team.

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone who: Understands the importance of both quality and quantity.
• Has worked in sales over the phone before and now wants to take the next step and lead/motivate a team.
• Has a natural curiosity and drive to constantly learn new things. Is competitive and loves the feeling of reaching and exceeding goals.
• Is not afraid to use the phone as your primary working tool – you know that success starts with a call.
