JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Care Leader in Jokkmokk, you will play a central role in supporting and leading your colleagues in their daily work, while ensuring that we meet our goals for quality and care. The position does not involve personnel responsibility, work environment, or finances.

The work mainly consists of traditional tasks within care and support. You will be able to provide social support and guidance. Be the spider in the web and manage multiple threads at the same time. The main task of the Care Leader is to ensure that daily care is performed according to established guidelines and that colleagues in the department receive support and guidance in their work. The Care Leader is also responsible for participating in the development and follow-up of work to ensure quality care for our users. An important part of the role also involves being comfortable teaching in a pedagogical manner to colleagues.

You should be able to work independently and in collaboration with others in the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be familiar with using a computer in daily work for documentation.

As this role is new, there will be a clear job description for the position. Your immediate supervisor is the unit manager at the care home.

QUALIFICATIONS

Care assistant education or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. We are looking for a positive, loyal, engaged, solution-oriented, and responsible person with good empathetic ability. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are important parts of the job. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and ability to collaborate.

The salary range for this position as a care assistant is between 25,000 - 30,000 SEK/month. In addition, a salary supplement for the role of Care Leader will be added.
