MM Sports is growing and we are now looking for a present, business-minded, and committed Regional Manager for our Stockholm stores. You will have overall responsibility for Sveavägen, Kungsholmen, Mall of Scandinavia, and our new store in Täby, which opens at the end of November.

As Regional Manager, you are responsible for the overall performance of four stores: sales, customer experience, and staffing. You lead and coach team leaders and have personnel responsibility for the store staff in the region. The role is both strategic and operational – you drive improvements and follow up on key performance indicators, but you are also present in daily operations.

This includes, among other things, that you:

• Ensure sales and compliance with procedures

• Lead and coach team leaders and store staff

• Follow up on key performance indicators and drive improvement work

• Visit each store on a rolling schedule, once a week

• Handle administrative tasks from Sveavägen or from home

We are looking for an experienced leader who thrives in an operational role where you are close to both employees and customers. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to turn plans into results. At the same time, you always see the person behind the numbers and build strong teams that perform long-term.

If you also have an interest in training, health, or dietary supplements, it’s a plus – it allows you to relate to our customers and our culture in a natural way.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least five years of experience as a store manager, preferably with responsibility for multiple stores

• Experience working with scheduling, key performance indicators, and budget work

• Experience driving sales and results through active presence in-store

• Experience with personnel responsibility for larger groups and handling personnel matters

• Broad leadership experience and enjoy the combination of sales, administration, and personnel issues

• Based in Sveavägen, but work in all stores is included

• Full-time, 40 hours/week, probationary employment

• Start November 1 or by agreement
