We are now looking for someone who wants to be an important part of our continued growth journey – focusing on moving services and customer experience.

About the Role

In this role, you will act as the link between our customers and our contracted moving partners, focusing on projects within:

• Private Moves
• Office Moves
• Corporate Moves
• Storage
• Assistance
• Clearances
• Special Transport
• Other types of moving-related assignments

You will handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, schedule assignments, and be responsible for preparing and calculating quotes. The role requires both a commercial and a logistical mindset – you need to understand the customer's needs, translate that into a concrete assignment, and ensure that the right moving partner receives the right information at the right time.

We provide ongoing training on our services, routines, and tools so that you feel confident in guiding both the customer and the supplier through the entire process.

Who Are You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is communicative and solution-oriented
• Has an interest in logistics and the moving industry
• Enjoys juggling multiple tasks and thrives in a coordinating role
• Is self-driven but also a team player
• Has good computer skills and a structured working method
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish, and preferably also in English

Preferred Experience (not required)

• Has worked at a moving company or in logistics
• Has a professional background in moving, transport, or warehousing
• Has customer service experience in moving or service-related fields
