About Upzone

Upzone is a well-established adventure company with several adventure parks across the country. We offer activities and events for individuals, groups, and companies in all forms. Both in the heights and on the ground.

Your role

- Adventure/Event Guide with rescue responsibility, at least 18 years old

Working as an adventure guide with rescue responsibility often involves exciting and action-packed days that are never the same. You will work outdoors in our high ropes courses, and climbing at high altitudes will become your daily routine. The job largely consists of coaching and instructing our guests on how to use our equipment and navigate through our courses. A significant responsibility you have as an adventure guide is to assist participants who need help getting down from the course to the ground. In addition to working in our high ropes course, you will also be trained to lead our other experiences, such as Escape games and other team activities, which are part of your role when you get hired by Upzone. Therefore, it is especially important that you enjoy facilitating games and events for our guests. It is possible to apply for this position even if you are not yet 18 years old, as long as you turn 18 during the spring/early summer.

For those under 18, we will post an ad closer to summer where you can apply for our other role as an instructor without rescue responsibility. We offer

Working hours

We offer jobs from September to October. (And for the 2026 season) We are always open on weekends and public holidays.

During the low season April-June/September-October, we also need you on certain weekdays when we have bookings from schools/associations and companies. Therefore, it is good to prepare to be flexible with your working hours. High season Midsummer-End of August After Midsummer, the park is open every day, and we will need you available at least 50-75%, but it is also good to be flexible with your working hours as we open the park based on our guests' needs. 

We will present a ready-made basic schedule, so you already know how much you will work at a minimum. Of course, additional shifts may be added depending on the booking situation during the season.  To be considered for the position, you must be available on the following dates: 

• Training to become an Adventure Guide: not yet determined when, but it is important that you can work weekdays and weekends during September and October 2025
