About Villa Ängby

In January 2026, we will open the doors to Villa Ängby – our newly built nursing home located in the pleasant area of Ängby in Knivsta. Here, we create a safe and caring environment for our care recipients, and you as a physiotherapist will have a unique opportunity to be involved from the start. The building has three floors and houses 56 modern apartments. Each department has a shared kitchen and inviting spaces for meals, conversations, and community. There are shared patios and balconies, as well as a beautiful garden with a greenhouse, planting boxes, outdoor seating, water features, and plantings. The residence has its own salon for hair care and treatments. Everything is designed to create The Good Day – every day.

About the role

As a physiotherapist, you will be part of a team with occupational therapists, nurses, and care staff. Together, you will work to enhance the quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs.

In the role of physiotherapist, you will work with the residents to find the best ways to utilize their own abilities in daily life. You will support and motivate individuals to develop and maintain their mobility. Often this means that you:

  • work preventively by educating other staff on transfer techniques to avoid strain injuries.
