We at Attendo are now looking for a care assistant for Alunskiffern in Varberg. Attendo Alunskiffern is a new and fresh residence focused on Sports and SPA. We are looking for someone who is passionate about adding a golden touch to the everyday lives of our customers. We are a friendly team that values a good working environment and quality. As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the individual needs and wishes of the customer
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Care assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care
• Experience in delegation.

About the recruitment process

Employment form: Permanent, we always apply a probationary period of 6 months

Working hours: 75%

Working time: Daytime, evenings, weekends, nights.
