We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Technician

About the position

Do you want to work to ensure operations in a modern industrial environment? We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for maintenance – either as a Maintenance Engineer focusing on strategy and development, or as a Maintenance Technician focusing on practical implementation. The role will be adapted to your background and experience.

Job responsibilities

As part of our maintenance team, you can work with:

• Planned and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment

• Troubleshooting, repair, and service during downtime

• Analysis of operational disturbances and improvement of maintenance strategies

• Root cause analysis, production optimization, and Lean/TPM work

• Documentation and work in maintenance systems

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in industrial production, maintenance, or technical work

• Has relevant education: high school/YH in technology/industry for the technician role or YH/university in maintenance/production/machine for the engineer role

• Is solution-oriented, meticulous, and enjoys collaborating

• Wants to develop in a role that matches your skill level – practical or strategic
