About the role

As a Process Technician/Optimizer with us, you will have a broad and varied role where you work closely with production and are an important part of our efforts to continuously improve and streamline. You are responsible for performing trials and optimizing both new and existing processes. You support production during setups, troubleshoot, and solve problems directly in the operation. You identify areas for improvement and drive various development and efficiency initiatives. The role also involves participating in technical projects and quality meetings as well as collaborating closely with the sales and project team on technical issues.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and enjoys finding smarter solutions. You are quality-conscious, have experience in the industry, and have an eye for detail. You thrive in working both independently and together with others. If you also have experience in programming industrial robots, automation, control systems, or working with Engel & Demag, that is a plus. Familiarity with Jeeves and Microsoft 365 is also considered an advantage.
