Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative at Cetasol, you will be an important part of their small but driven sales team and responsible for the entire sales process – from finding the right prospects to closing the deal. It involves proactive sales where you seek out potential customers, make the first contact, hold presentations and demos, and drive the deal all the way to contract. There are no geographical limitations in your prospecting; the entire maritime industry globally is of interest.
In the role, you will work with Cetasol's two main products: iHelm – an AI and data-driven platform for optimized vessel operation and fuel savings, and CetaFuel – a virtual fuel gauge. Once the deal is closed, the Customer Success team takes over, but you maintain customer contact for follow-up and upselling. The work is strategic and relationship-driven, focusing on demonstrating customer value and creating long-term business. The role may involve travel and is primarily conducted in English.
- New customer acquisition and responsibility for the sales process, from prospecting to closing the deal
- Sales of AI and data-driven solutions to the maritime industry
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Completed high school education, further education in a relevant field is advantageous
- At least 1 year of experience in proactive B2B sales
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, knowledge of Swedish is a plus
- Good computer and system skills. Cetasol works in HubSpot
