We are looking for a natural leader with experience in leading and organizing a large staff group within housekeeping. You have an eye for detail, are a whiz at communication, and are passionate about developing your team forward.

You place great importance on creating a good team spirit as well as establishing clear routines and organization for the well-being of your staff.

• has documented experience in a leadership position within housekeeping at a larger hotel
• is positive, proactive, loyal, and not afraid of hard work
• is meticulous and has an eye for detail
• is organized and structured in your work approach
• has clear leadership, a sense of responsibility, and is results-oriented
• is good at motivating and coaching employees
• can communicate in Swedish and English, additional languages are a plus
• is service-minded

We offer you:

• fixed monthly salary and 100% employment
• work is scheduled during weekdays and weekends, but mostly Monday to Friday
• competitive salary and collective agreement

Job responsibilities:

• planning, scheduling, and time reporting of staff
• leading, developing, and managing the housekeeping department, 40-60 people depending on the season
• training and onboarding of new staff
• maintaining a quality level that complies with the hotel's guidelines
• room inspections
• responsibility for results and reporting
