Team Leader in Hotel

Do you have experience in leading staff? Then this job is for you! We are currently looking for a Team Leader in Hotel. The position offers a full-time employment with immediate start.

The working hours are scheduled to vary during day and evening shifts, every day of the week.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and distribute daily tasks
Perform quality controls
Introduce and train staff
Reporting to the Service Manager
Administration
Customer contact
Cleaning work

As a Team Leader, you act as the right hand to the Service Manager and carry out quality follow-ups, track time in our time reporting system, and assist with other administration. During certain parts of the year, you will work more with cleaning, and during high booking periods, you will work more as a Team Leader.

Who Are We Looking For?

You have a B driver's license
At least 6 months of experience in similar tasks
Good computer and system skills
Very good knowledge of Swedish

We are looking for someone who can work independently and take responsibility. You are communicative, results-oriented, and very reliable. Experience in leadership, customer contact, or work in the field is an advantage.
