We are looking for a new civilian department head for FMTIS Implementation Department (GA) based in Hästveda.

About the Department

You will belong to the Implementation Department GA Hästveda. GE South conducts operations that ensure the Armed Forces' ability to communicate and lead, around the clock - all year round. The unit consists of over 180 employees distributed across 7 departments in 6 locations within the Southern Military Region (MR S) area.

Main Responsibilities

• represent, lead, and develop personnel and operations within your area of responsibility
• be responsible for implementation, quality assurance, follow-up, and reporting of production within your area of responsibility
• be responsible for the department's financial results as well as necessary dialogues, collaboration, follow-up, and reporting within given frameworks
• be responsible for workplace environment, external environment, and safety issues concerning your own department
• ensure that the VHL system is implemented in operations
• participate in the unit's budget, follow-up, and forecasting work
• participate in the unit's development, planning, and quality work
• prepare materials for follow-up, analysis, and reports regarding production
• prepare, handle, and store H and KH documents
• collaborate with referred units, customers, and authorities within total defense

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• current and relevant experience in personnel responsibility and leadership
• driver's license *B*** (Manual transmission)

Personal Qualities

As a person, you are open and social, but can also act independently. You have good collaboration skills and are used to taking significant personal responsibility. You are service-oriented, stress-resistant, and have good analytical skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

• work experience from the Armed Forces
• experience and knowledge of the Armed Forces' command systems
• approved military service or GSU
