About the role

In this role, you will be an important link between production and warehouse. You will:

• Manage the daily flow of production materials

• Provide production with the correct orders and picking, with high quality and precision

• Ensure that material shortages are handled and documented

• Work with forklift driving and material handling

• Collaborate closely with purchasing and production

• Contribute to developing and streamlining our processes

We believe that you:

• Have a forklift license and good computer skills (SAP & Excel)

• Are structured, meticulous, and enjoy order and tidiness

• Have an understanding of Lean and continuous improvements

• Are collaborative and solution-oriented

• Have a strong focus on quality and the ability to prioritize correctly

 It is advantageous if you have a post-secondary education in warehousing & logistics.

Practical information

• Start: September 1, 2025

• Assignment length: 12 months

• Workplace: Kista, Stockholm (on-site)
