About the Role

We are looking for an engaged individual to support our group manager and other team leaders by operationally prioritizing and distributing daily tasks to achieve our goals in areas such as safety, work environment, quality, and productivity. In this position, you will take leadership, engage employees, and organize tasks within our laundry facility and production. You will actively promote employee engagement and be a catalyst for improvements and quality initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Prioritize and distribute the team's daily operational tasks.
• Introduce and train new employees in the team.
• Represent the team in meetings with other departments to promote collaboration.
• Ensure that agreed services are performed with high quality and efficiency.
• Identify deviations in processes and offer improvement suggestions to the group manager.
• Report any deficiencies in equipment and routines that affect safety.
• Actively participate in the department's work with continuous improvements and lead improvement initiatives.
• Perform operational tasks for the team when needed.
• Actively engage in the company's work on quality, safety, environment, and work environment.
• Stay updated on applicable agreements and conditions with the customer.
• Handle administrative tasks in relevant systems.

Your Profile

We are looking for a passionate and structured individual interested in process flows, efficiencies, and personnel development. You have a clear and straightforward communication style while maintaining focus on important details when seeing the big picture.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in forklift driving.
• Relevant experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Previous experience in leadership.
• Engaged and responsive person.
• Motivated to drive development and improvement.
• Experience with personnel responsibility.
• Responsible and self-driven.
• Personal suitability is of utmost importance to us.
