About the role of order administrator in Upplands Väsby

In the role of order administrator, you will be responsible for managing incoming orders from our customers, maintaining ongoing contact with both suppliers and customers, and ensuring that the entire order flow works smoothly from start to delivery. Job responsibilities – Order administration and customer support in Finnish

• Register and manage incoming orders in the business system
• Have daily contact with customers and suppliers in Finnish, Swedish, and English
• Follow up on deliveries, respond to any deviations, and ensure delivery accuracy
• Handle invoicing issues, complaints, and returns
• Support the sales and logistics team as needed
• Contribute to developing and streamlining routines and processes within order administration

Who are we looking for? Finnish-speaking order administrator with a service mindset

• You speak and write fluently in Finnish, Swedish, and English
• You have experience in order management, administration, or a similar role
• You are meticulous, structured, and used to working independently
• You have good computer skills and find it easy to learn new business systems
• You thrive with many points of contact and always put the customer first
• We prefer that you are solution-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
