• Digitally savvy – You are comfortable using mobile phones and digital tools in your work.

• Professional – You treat both clients and colleagues with respect and clarity.
• Engaged – You have a genuine interest in helping people and see each individual's unique situation.
• Calm and composed – You remain calm even in unexpected or stressful situations.
• Driver's license (B) – It is an advantage if you have a driver's license and good driving experience to reach clients safely and efficiently.

As an employee in home care, you work in the client's home and perform services according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. The tasks during weekend shifts may include:

• Meal support – Assistance with cooking, serving, and eating.
• Social support – Creating security, presence, and comfort.
• Supervision – Preventive and follow-up visits.
• Personal care – Assistance with hygiene, toilet visits, and showering.
• Support with changing clothes – Help with dressing and undressing as needed.

We offer a fixed weekend schedule with two options:

• Day shift: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
• Evening shift: 03:30 PM – 10:00 PM

We prefer that you live in or near Täby to avoid long commute times. You will start from our office in Täby, where we are a positive and close-knit team that puts the client at the center.

Aleo Omsorg is a family-owned company founded in 2017, operating in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.
