NeH Svenska AB continues to expand, and we need to strengthen our warehouse team in Örebro with an additional driven warehouse employee.

NeH Svenska AB is currently a market leader in profile materials and supplies companies, associations, events, and several national teams with everything from unique match and training outfits, workwear, promotional products, and souvenirs to display materials. We collaborate with both national and international customers, and our warehouse in Örebro is located in Marieberg.

In the fall of 2025, our new logistics and production center will be completed, and we will move to entirely new premises located along E-18 at Berglunda.

For this warehouse work, we believe that you as a person have previous experience in warehouse work and are driven. You are interested in technology and enjoy system management. Personality is of great importance, and you see yourself as a team member where the common goal is the key forward. You should be able to work independently and have a helicopter perspective where you can see what needs to be done and prioritized in the warehouse. You must be stress-resistant as the work pace is often high while being meticulous and going the extra mile to ensure the customer has a good experience. The tasks are varied, and it is important to quickly be able to prioritize and see where you are needed the most.

Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 15:30. In some cases, during high load, there may be varying working hours, so it is important that you can work uncomfortable hours if needed.

In the role of warehouse employee, you will work with the following tasks:

• Forklift driving
• Picking
• Packing
• Unloading
• Loading
• Inventory

Your role also includes responsibility for systems and automation for warehouse operations. This will consist of:

• System management (contact with users, troubleshooting + proactivity, short and long-term measures)
• Continuous maintenance, service, and documentation
• Installation, configuration, and customization of software and updates
• Participating in projects and assignments, both larger and smaller

Qualifications for the position:

• Proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Experience in driving/developing IT and system projects.
• Very good computer skills.
• Forklift license.

Meritorious:

• Have IT knowledge and previous experience of automated warehouses.
• Experience working with the business system Microsoft Business Central, Office package, or similar.
• Have held a leading role as a system administrator, project manager, warehouse manager, or similar.
