Your role

As a warehouse operator with us, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. You will handle the reception and registration of incoming goods, as well as prepare and carry out outgoing goods. An important part of the job is to prepare relevant shipping documents and book associated transport. You will also conduct inventories and inspect goods to ensure everything is in order. To keep the storage spaces efficient and well-organized, setting up and cleaning these areas is also included. In addition, you will perform administrative work in the business system and use the Office package to handle various tasks related to warehouse operations.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, meticulous, responsible, and has a good ability to take initiative. You work in a structured manner, have good data skills, and a good ability to prioritize in a sometimes high work pace between different tasks. Since there are periods of high pace, it is important that you can handle multiple work processes simultaneously and quickly adapt to new conditions that arise. To succeed in the job, you should be a team player, good at communicating, and have the ability to independently gather information and coordinate.

We see that you have:

Experience in warehouse work
Forklift licenses A and B.
Approved training in ADR 1.3 and/or Aviation Security Personnel
Experience in dispatch, including handling of freight documents and transport booking.
Experience of working in business systems and the Office package
Experience in working with hazardous goods
Experience in dispatch involving all transport modes by road, air, and sea.

In addition to the requirements, we will also place great emphasis on personal qualities as cooperation and team spirit in the group are very important. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English to ensure that communication can take place with representatives visiting our business.
