Job Description

As a storekeeper administrator, you will, together with your colleagues, provide vital support to the rest of the operation. Your tasks will include administering client cases regarding personal belongings, handling the in and out delivery of goods to Kumla Prison (which may involve driving), purchasing consumables, office supplies, clothing, etc., managing invoices, as well as maintaining stock and internal distribution within the operational area. The work is physically demanding due to some heavy lifting.

As a storekeeper administrator, it is important that you take responsibility for your tasks, are meticulous, and have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work independently. You are calm, stable, and controlled in stressful situations, attentive and accommodating in your interactions with others. You work well with others, adapt easily to changing circumstances, contribute to the overall operation, take responsibility for providing solutions, and help develop the operation with us.

We are looking for someone who has:

Completed upper secondary education or other qualifications combined with relevant work experience as assessed by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
A driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle
Good computer skills

It is advantageous if you have:

Experience in handling orders and invoicing, preferably using the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's economic systems Proceedo and/or KVR
Work experience in warehouse and storage operations
Experience working in the prison and probation service
