Sales Representative – Remote (100%) – TeknikAkademin Norden AB

Are you a social star with a nose for business? TeknikAkademin is looking for charming and driven sales representatives to help us reach vocational colleges, adult education programs, and private educational providers with our training services. You will work from home, manage your own day – and be rewarded for every successful deal.

About the role

  • You will contact vocational colleges, adult education programs, municipalities, and private educational actors
  • You will inform about our courses and available trainers/course leaders
  • You will seek relevant tenders and submit bids
  • You will build long-term relationships with our customers
  • You will handle communication via both email and phone
  • You will drive business from first contact to contract

Salary & Conditions

  • The compensation is performance-based
  • 15% commission on deals up to 200,000 SEK
  • 10% commission on deals over 200,000 SEK
  • The work is entirely remote and you manage your own workday

We are looking for someone who

  • Is social, charming, and has an easy time building trust
  • Enjoys talking on the phone and writing personal emails
  • Is self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented
  • Has good computer skills and experience with Excel, CMS tools, and Office
  • Is used to reporting status and following up on activities
  • Ideally has experience in B2B sales or public procurement
  • Is familiar with tender sites like Mercell, e-Avrop, and Kommers Annons
