We are looking for a curious and driven inside salesperson on behalf of our client MoveTech, who wants to be part of their continued growth journey. We offer you a role with your own responsibilities, exciting development opportunities, and a strong focus on sustainability, reuse, and circular solutions.
Responsibilities for inside sales – overall responsibility within B2B and sustainable business
- Independently drive the entire sales process: prospecting, customer contact, meeting scheduling, needs analysis, quote preparation, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Be responsible for and develop your own customer portfolio with new and existing corporate clients within industry and production.
- Strengthen and build long-term relationships where you always start from the customer's needs and our values: Smart, Considerate, and Fast (SOS).
- Actively work on business development to find new opportunities and solutions related to sustainability, recycling, and reuse.
- Use phone, computer, and LinkedIn as natural tools in your daily work for effective prospecting and relationship building.
- Contribute ideas and improvement suggestions together with other colleagues that make a difference for the customer's business and MoveTech's development.
- Follow up on sales targets, take personal budget and result responsibility, and work structured towards clear goals.
Qualifications – Experience in B2B, digital sales, and customer contact
- Experience in sales to companies (B2B), preferably within industry, production, logistics, or technology is an advantage.
- Comfortable driving sales processes via phone, meetings, and digital channels such as LinkedIn.
- Documented ability to take personal responsibility for budget, results, and customer relationships.
- At least a high school education; academic background or technical competence is considered a strong merit.
- Experience or interest in sustainability, reuse, and recycling is desirable.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
