Back restaurant Ripan in Trillevallen is looking for engaged and self-driven chefs for the winter season. Here we serve well-prepared lunch and snacks to hungry skiers – quickly, simply, and with care.  Read more about the role below! 

THE ROLE As a chef, you will be responsible for preparation, cooking, planning, and keeping the kitchen clean and efficient together with colleagues. You have previous experience in kitchen work, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with good structure, are positive, solution-oriented, and flexible. We are convinced that you thrive with responsibility and want to contribute to a good atmosphere in the team. WHAT YOU GET - Salary by agreement - We apply collective agreements according to HRF - Liability insurance and occupational pension via Fora - 2 positions at 100% employment, season starts mid-December. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone with a few years of work experience from a fast-paced environment and a genuine interest in cooking. A good team player who sees the opportunities to develop Trillevallen forward.

You have a few years of experience from a similar restaurant. - Accommodation is available. - A car and driver's license are advantageous, but not a requirement. ABOUT US Trillevallen is a family and generational paradise, where many return year after year. The back restaurant is located in the middle of the slopes with space for 125 people, featuring a cozy lounge area, a warming fireplace, and a sun terrace with a view of the mountain ranges to the south. Here we serve the day's skier lunch, pizza, and snacks, and we are open as long as the lifts are open from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Saturdays until 5:00 PM). On Fridays, we set up for pizza nights.
