We are now looking for a driven property manager for our office in Uppsala. Here, you will be part of an exciting journey, where you will take responsibility for our commercial properties and residential units, and help develop relationships with tenants and clients.

Who are you? You are an experienced and curious property manager who is not afraid to take initiative and think outside the box. You have a financial mindset and enjoy analyzing numbers and calculations, but you also understand that people are an equally important part of the job. For us, property management is about creating and maintaining good relationships with our tenants and clients – and that’s where you come in. You should be someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and is passionate about developing both people and properties.

With us, you will work with a varied property portfolio, where we combine everything from apartments to commercial properties. You will be an important part of our team, where we work closely together to create the best possible service and development for our clients. Since you will be responsible for both residential and commercial properties, you will be a key person in the office and work closely with our property caretaker.

• Be responsible for the management and development of both commercial properties and residential units.

• Build long-term relationships with our tenants and clients.

• Manage calculations and operational economic issues.

• Together with the property caretaker, ensure that our properties are in the best possible condition.

• Take responsibility for both commercial properties and residential units.
