We at Elite Hotels of Sweden have now opened our latest, ambitious hotel venture – Ad Astra by Elite at the beautiful Snäckviken in Södertälje.

The spa reception is the hub of Vana Spa Snäckviken, and it is often here that guests have their very first and last contact with us.

The work in our spa reception consists of – among other things – check-in & check-out, upselling, planning, staffing the spa bar, serving food & drinks, handling the switchboard and emails as well as bookings, general concierge service, and keeping the spa lounge, spa & reception area in top condition.

Experience in hotel reception work and very good knowledge of both Swedish and English in speech and writing is a minimum requirement. Training in our spa system BRP, hotel system HMS, and restaurant systems WaiterAid & Open will be provided on-site.

The working hours for spa receptionists working day & evening shifts are mainly between 09:30 AM – 10:30 PM and 01:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Work every other weekend is included. Salary according to HRF's & Visita's collective agreement.

The position in question is part-time, 20%.
