In November 2022, Elite Hotels of Sweden opened an Italian signature & destination hotel with a premium approach, located in beautiful Snäckviken, 28 minutes south of Stockholm. Snäckviken is part of Södertälje.

We are now looking for full-time bartenders, 100%, for our various bars and restaurants.

We are looking for someone with a great passion and knowledge of cocktails and wine who enjoys meeting people. As a bartender, you strive to make the guest's experience significant and memorable. You enjoy working as part of a team, maintaining high quality and service levels even during busy periods and unpredictable events. You know the classic drinks and like to stay updated with the latest trends. You will work alongside an engaged and wonderful team that delivers excellent service and a great atmosphere in true team spirit.

As a person, we appreciate that you are unpretentious, clear, humble, and a responsive team player. You are flexible in your work style, with the ability to quickly adapt to new situations and challenges. You can handle guests with a twinkle in your eye even when the pace is high, and you are social and pleasant.

What is important to us is that you have a burning interest in hospitality and drinks, that you are a team player who is interested in making the whole operation work, and that you understand that the role of bartender is an important ambassador role in which you represent the entire Ad Astra by Elite.

Collaboration between the kitchen, dining room, bar, and other departments in the hotel is a guiding principle and a stated necessity to provide our bar, restaurant, and hotel guests with a memorable and unique experience.

At Ad Astra by Elite, you will receive a developing and stimulating work environment together with dedicated, passionate, and skilled colleagues.

The position starts with a six-month probationary period and is expected to transition to a permanent position afterward.
