Do you want to be one of the everyday heroes providing energy to Jönköping? We are looking for operations technicians for shift work.

We have facilities of varying sizes, ages, and technologies throughout Jönköping, where we produce and distribute steam, district heating, district cooling, and electricity. We are constantly working on improvements to increase availability and reduce environmental impact. The shift organization that manages this is a great team consisting of 6 shift crews with 4 people per team. Do you want to be one of them? Who says no to being an everyday hero?

Job Responsibilities

On the shift, you will work with operations and optimization in all our facilities. This includes monitoring and control from the control room, as well as troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and rounds. Your base will be at the combined heat and power plant in Torsvik, but you will also monitor distribution networks with associated pumps and other external production units such as boilers, hydropower, and district cooling.

Your Profile

• We require a post-secondary education in operations, power, or equivalent experience.

• You are an engaged problem solver with a general interest in technology and likely have a strong desire to develop and succeed together with your team. We place great importance on finding the right person for all our positions - convince us that you are the one we are looking for.

• You need to have a B driver's license and be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
