We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant to a woman in her 50s with an acquired brain injury.  We are seeking assistants for our client living in Northern Stockholm. The client has an acquired brain injury that primarily affects her memory and balance. She is a very active woman who enjoys being outdoors in nature. She is a true animal lover and spends some time at the stable. You need to be motivating, creative, positive, and enjoy coming up with different activities.  

As an assistant, you will work day and night shifts with on-call duty at night. 

What does the job of a personal assistant entail? 

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. You help with the everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as taking care of the home and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help someone else's daily life function.

We have clients of different ages and with various disabilities. Your workplace is wherever the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We hope you:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• can understand and be understood in Swedish.
• can work day and night shifts.
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus but not a requirement).

Additional Information

Working hours: 24-hour shifts.

Start date: By agreement.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
