The role of receptionist involves planning, administering, and assisting guests to their booked rooms, as well as guiding them in their experience. Does this sound like you? Then read on below.

THE ROLE In the role of Receptionist, you are the face of our facility and our guests. Your smile and friendly demeanor will be the first thing our guests encounter upon arrival. You will work with check-ins and check-outs, as well as preparations, invoicing, sales, conference work, and spa, answering questions and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and taken care of throughout their stay.

You are positively inclined and solution-oriented.

Your attitude and ambitions are important. It is a plus if you have previously worked in the service industry or in a similar role, but it is not a requirement. Swedish is a must in both spoken and written form. English is a plus. A driver's license and access to a car are necessary, but not mandatory.

THE POSITION Project employment, from August 10 to the end of October (possibility of extension). Fixed salary, HRF. The role is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. The position is 80-100%.
