Location: Kinnared & Hyltebruk, as an employee at Gnotec, work at both sites may occur. Scope: Full-time Working hours: Depending on skills and needs, this role may involve two shifts and daytime Appointment: As soon as possible or by agreement About the role As a Tool Technician at Gnotec, you will be a key person in production – you will actively work with other technicians to ensure that their tools always meet the highest standards, both in terms of performance and safety. This means you will work with everything from ongoing maintenance and fine-tuning to more extensive repairs. The goal is to minimize downtime and create an efficient production flow.

Examples of tasks:

• Maintain and repair tool equipment
• Troubleshoot and identify problems and apply logical and creative solutions
• Use various tools and machines such as lathes, drills, and measuring instruments
• Read and interpret drawings and use CAD to create and modify tools

You also play an important role in developing your technical skills and actively contributing to a safe and quality-conscious work environment. Following the company's routines and instructions is a given – but we also appreciate if you are involved in improving them.

About you We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are flexible, enjoy tackling varied tasks, and can easily switch between different tasks without losing focus.

You are stress-resistant and solution-oriented, while never compromising on quality or safety. You work in a structured manner and have a clear and adaptable communication style that works in contact with different people and roles.

In addition to your personal qualities, we see that you have:

• High school diploma, preferably with a focus on industry/technology
• Experience in maintenance and repair of tool equipment
• Skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings, as well as measuring and precision skills
• Preferably certifications in tool technology, machining, or a related field
• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
