We are now looking for a meticulous and driven Procurement Administrator at Sway Sourcing for an international research and technology company in Lund. Here, you will be part of a team that manages purchasing and logistics in an advanced organization with high demands on structure, collaboration, and data quality.

You will play an important role in supporting the procurement function with administration, order management, and data projects. This assignment suits you who thrive in order, enjoy communicating, and have an eye for detail.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders

• Support the purchasing group with administration and documentation

• Update data and price lists in the ERP system

• Generate reports and quotes

• Handle internal and external inquiries

• Participate in data projects and other tasks as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in administration within purchasing or similar

• Has a post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Is accustomed to working in business systems and with data quality

• Has excellent knowledge of English (Swedish is a plus)

• Is structured, communicative, and enjoys a role with many contact points

• Has experience from international or public environments (meritorious)
