We are looking for a nurse to join our ASIH team in central Stockholm, Lidingö, and Solna.

We have extensive experience in palliative care and advanced home healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to work in a knowledgeable team with established teamwork.

The entire operational area consists of ASiH teams based in Täby, central Stockholm, and Norrtälje, as well as specialized palliative inpatient care at our two departments at Roslagens Hospital in Norrtälje and Byle Gård in Täby. We work on behalf of Region Stockholm. There is close collaboration between teams, but your placement will primarily be at ASIH Forenede Care at Sophiahemmet.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Standard duties as a nurse within palliative care and advanced home healthcare. The work is carried out in collaboration with doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers. All professions participate in the planning around the patient.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in palliative care, oncology care, or DSK. Experience in similar fields is an advantage.

We see that you have an interest in palliative care.

The work requires you to be able to work in a team as well as independently and flexibly. You have a good demeanor and an empathetic approach. Personal suitability is important to us.

REQUIREMENTS Driver's license B (manual)

WORKING HOURS/DURATION

Permanent employment 75-80%, working hours can be discussed.

Monthly salary, collective agreement exists
