Do you want to help create the best e-commerce experience in the world? At KitchenTime, we are passionate about cooking, kitchen products, and inspiring customer experiences – and we are now looking for someone to take responsibility for our visual identity and create communication that truly engages.

This is an exciting role for you who have a good grasp of graphic craftsmanship and want to take the next step. You will have overall responsibility for our visual content – with great trust, a clear mandate, and the opportunity to grow. About the role:

As a Graphic Designer, you will manage, develop, and drive KitchenTime's visual expression forward. You are responsible for how we communicate in text and images in our newsletters, campaigns, websites, and other channels – always with the customer experience at the center. You will work closely with the marketing team and other functions within the Nordic Nest Group to create communication that engages, converts, and builds the brand.

The role requires you to be both strategic and operational – you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, taking initiative, and creating material that makes a difference.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for KitchenTime's visual communication and graphic expressions
  • Create and schedule newsletters and email campaigns focusing on inspiring and driving conversion
  • Develop and publish content for, e.g., homepages, type pages, and campaign pages on KitchenTime.se
  • Work with merchandising and optimization of landing pages and navigation
  • Analyze customer behaviors and find new ways to simplify, improve, and clarify the purchasing experience
  • Develop and maintain KitchenTime's graphic profile
  • Write engaging copy
  • Collaborate with others in the team to develop concepts and communication for the different seasons and holidays of the year, as well as help shape the visual parts of concepts and campaigns.
  • Work data-driven to optimize design for increased click-through rates, conversion, and sales

Who are you?

To thrive and succeed with us in the role of Graphic Designer, we believe you have a good sense of both visual expression and the digital customer journey. You have a relevant education in graphic design or visual communication, and you bring experiences that have given you confidence in graphic craftsmanship – preferably from an e-commerce environment where the pace is high and change is part of everyday life. You have a sharp eye for color, form, and typography, and know how visual details affect the whole. You work fluently in Adobe Creative Cloud – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign – and are used to taking your own initiatives, driving projects, and delivering quality all the way to the finish line.

As a person, you are curious, self-driven, and unpretentious. You enjoy collaborating, thinking outside the box, and daring to question things that can be improved. You take responsibility for your development and are motivated by growing and learning new things. To succeed in the role, you need to express yourself well in both Swedish and English. We also see that you share our passion for design, communication, and creating truly strong customer experiences.

Meritorious:

  • Experience with email tools (e.g., Voyado, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Experience working in CMS (e.g., Contentful)
  • Experience from e-commerce or digital marketing
What you get with us:
  • A large creative responsibility in a dynamic and growing company
  • The opportunity to influence and develop a well-known brand
  • Be part of a team with high energy, forward-thinking, and strong collaboration
  • A workplace where ideas, drive, and passion are encouraged
  • A daily life filled with inspiration, form, function, and joy of cooking
