Your new role 

We are looking for a buyer for our client in Ludvika! In your role as a buyer, you will work with many exciting tasks together with your colleagues. For example: - Procure materials according to specified technical requirements, prices, delivery times, and terms. - Ensure that purchasing activities comply with the company's purchasing policy and procedures. - Follow up on deliveries and take necessary actions to prevent production delays. - Work closely with strategic purchasing, work preparation, production, warehouse, and planning teams. - Support the development of new standards and work routines for the new business system (SAP S4/HANA). - Other tasks include creating purchase orders, organizing transport according to agreed Incoterms with suppliers, and handling discrepancies during invoice verification in relation to goods receipt and purchase orders.

To be successful in this role, you need to

• Have a completed high school education.
• Have experience in purchasing and procurement.
• Have experience with ERP systems for purchasing processes.
• Have experience in handling goods deliveries.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Have good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Desirable: Experience from the manufacturing industry.
