Linjemontage is a modern company in the electrical power industry that performs contracting work in the field of power supply facilities from 0.4 kV to 400 kV. This can range from complex deliveries of complete transformer stations, deliveries of power lines to the replacement of system components such as remote control, relay protection, etc. Our customers include grid owners, industries, and municipal and state authorities. Linjemontage has offices and operations throughout Sweden as well as in Norway and a branch in Croatia. We have over 370 employees. Since 2019, Linjemontage has been part of Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd.

Job Responsibilities As Sweden transitions to a fossil-free future, working at Linjemontage means driving the green transition of energy supply. We operate throughout Sweden, which means you will often travel during the weeks, and your place of residence is therefore less important. As a line technician, you will work with all types of tasks in both ground and overhead line networks within low, medium, and high voltage. It is a free and varied job. You will work in different constellations within a dynamic team consisting of technicians, site managers, project administrators, and project managers.

Qualifications For the position of experienced Line Technician, we expect you to have relevant education and/or 5 years of experience in the profession. It is advantageous if you have worked on projects within the area of regional/local networks and have documented training in ESA, BAS-U, HLR, mast certificates, and Hot Work. You are proactive, meticulous, structured, and enjoy working in a team. A driving license with at least B category is required. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Location This position does not require a specific geographical location, so you can live anywhere in the country.
