As a Management Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients' system management and application development maintain high quality, are delivered as agreed, and create value over time. You will lead and coordinate teams, ensure structure and processes, and proactively drive the further development of management assignments within the data platform area.

This is a responsible role where you will be the client's primary contact person, coordinating deliveries and ensuring that both business and technical goals are met.

• Lead and motivate the management group and external stakeholders, ensuring that assignments follow the timeline, budget, and quality.
• Proactive development and upselling, drive management objects forward through improvement proposals and development initiatives that can lead to new or additional sales.
• Close collaboration with our salespeople, flagging business opportunities, and ensuring that important communications and deliveries are reviewed and quality assured before reaching the client.
• Quality assurance and documentation, responsible for overall documentation, communicating decisions and changes, and ensuring that all solution proposals and estimates are reviewed before being presented to the client.
• Resource and availability planning, ensuring that the team's time is allocated, managing workspaces, and ensuring staffing during, for example, vacation periods. Responsible for ensuring that overtime work is approved by the right parties.

We are looking for someone with experience in both agile and waterfall-based projects who is accustomed to working with system management, support processes, and documentation. You have a good understanding of integrations, data platforms, or applications and feel confident in a leadership role. You are used to communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English – in digital meetings as well as in person.
