Hjortviken Country Club offers a wide range of experiences, including two restaurants, six bars, a 1750 sqm Pool Club with both indoor and outdoor pools, 12 meeting rooms, and, of course, 150 hotel rooms. About the position

We at Hjortviken Country Club are now looking for a Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the face of the hotel and the first person our guests meet. Your main tasks will involve welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and being an important contact person for our guests during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to all arriving guests
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Manage bookings and reservations
• Answer questions and provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area
• Assist guests with their needs and requests
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a fantastic guest experience

Who are you?

To thrive as a Front Office Agent with us, you should have a strong sense of service and a positive attitude. You enjoy working with people and have a professional and friendly demeanor. You are self-motivated and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. As a Front Office Agent, you are also expected to assist with Meeting & Events operations and booking control as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a reception or similar service role
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Experience with hotel and booking systems is an advantage
• Passionate about hospitality and also service-oriented and solution-focused

Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and 75% permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
