In addition, we believe you need:

• Previous experience in hotel or reception work and night shifts
• Ability to handle a mix of physical and administrative tasks
• Be structured and have an eye for detail

• Be ready to provide a warm welcome to our guests, even during the night hours.

Job Responsibilities

As a night receptionist, also known as Front Office Night Agent, at Hjortviken Country Club, you have many different tasks that make each night unique. Your most important task is to ensure that the hotel is safe and secure during the night. You manage the reception and assist our guests with questions and inquiries, everything from room service to information about the hotel. You handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to emails and phone calls, and ensure that guests arriving late receive a warm welcome.

In addition to taking care of our guests, you also have administrative tasks, such as reviewing bookings and preparing for the next day. You ensure that everything is in order and that the reception runs smoothly. Sometimes it may also involve helping to rearrange and set up conference rooms, but this does not happen every night.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience, but the most important thing for us is that you have the willingness to learn and enjoy working independently.

About the Position

Employment type: 83% permanent position where you primarily work every other week, Monday-Sunday. 6 months probationary period. Permanent night shift with OB1 and shortened workweek.

Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and start date by arrangement.
