About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Kista Galleria, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health.

Apoteket Kista Galleria is a medium-sized pharmacy with a wide variety of customers, both regulars and new ones. The customer always comes first with us, and we are centrally located in the mall with generous opening hours. We currently have six employees in the team, consisting of 3 pharmacists and 3 advisors, with different areas of responsibility ensuring consistent staffing.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on external changes related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
