About Apoteket Tyresö Centrum

The pharmacy is located in an attractive shopping center with good opportunities to create a strong customer flow and build long-term customer relationships. Here you get a unique chance to be part of the start and contribute to the development of a new and successful pharmacy – focusing on providing each customer with a professional reception and a positive experience.

The pharmacy will be a large and modern unit in a pleasant shopping center, where you will work alongside many colleagues. The store will have a wide range with a special focus on self-care. The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09.00–19.00, Saturdays 10.00–17.00, Sundays 11.00–17.00

Your role

As the responsible pharmacist at our new pharmacy in Tyresö Centrum, you will work together with your colleagues to achieve our goals in quality, patient safety, and sales. As an LMA, you are expected to act with commitment and credibility and assist our customers based on your pharmaceutical competence and expertise. For us, it is important that we as a pharmacy continue to develop, and we want you to be part of that journey. In this role, you are also expected to contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers.

What you will do with us:

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• Continuously work on improving routines and processes
• Conduct self-inspections and provide support in conducting risk analysis and incident analysis
• Guide your colleagues by providing support with questions and making safe pharmaceutical assessments
• Actively work with customer meetings and create added value for our customers
• Keep yourself updated and informed about our campaigns and new products and provide our customers with professional service

Who are we looking for? 

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician and has experience as a responsible pharmacist. You understand the importance of good customer interactions and have experience in advisory sales.

To be successful in the role of LMA, we see that you are solution-oriented, which means that you act on challenges that arise in your role but also in the business. You are meticulous, which means that no crucial details are missed.
