About the role

As a mobile pharmacist in the Stockholm North region, you will have a primary affiliation with a pharmacy in the region, such as Apoteket Solen  or Apoteket Täby . We will adapt your mobility according to your possibilities. You can either work broadly across the region's 24 pharmacies or within a specific part of the region. If you wish to work part-time, that is also fine. Together with your colleagues at each pharmacy, you will work with counseling and sales of our products and medications. Being a mobile pharmacist means you will have a great variety in your daily routine as you will be at different pharmacies based on where we have needs. Here we can truly say that no day is the same! As a mobile pharmacist, you are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the routines and working methods of the pharmacies you move within. Regardless of which pharmacy you work at, you act with care and engagement, genuinely putting the customer at the center and actively contributing to an enhanced customer experience.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with consultative sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
