DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-established growing company that works with high-quality roofing and roofing services in the Stockholm region. We strive to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 24 employees who collaborate with about 40 subcontractors. The business is based in our premises in Länna Industrial Area. We are currently looking for a person who can oversee and be responsible for the most important thing we do for our customers, namely ensuring that their ordered roofs are delivered excellently, on time and within budget. Therefore, we are now looking for a 

DYNAMIC & EFFECTIVE SITE MANAGER

What does this role entail?

As a site manager at DM TAK, you will keep track of everything from “start to finish”. It is demanding, and to give you a taste of what you are expected to be responsible for, you will plan for delivery and conduct kickoff meetings, maintain contact with subcontractors, ensure that the right personnel and all required materials are in place whether it involves metal, felt, roof tiles, service, or painting. You will ensure that the budget is adhered to and that necessary documentation is completed, as well as ensuring that the workplace and those working there follow our safety regulations.

You will help solve ongoing problems that may arise and correct and encourage the staff. During the course of the work and in connection with the completion of projects, you will conduct quality controls and ensure that those who need to be informed are kept updated. All to ensure we can deliver roofs that last longer. 

What is required of you? 

As you can surely understand, this is no easy job, and it requires a lot. The most important thing is that you have the right will and ambition to become a high-performing person in the DM TAK team.

You have always been efficient and truly enjoy getting things done. It is beneficial if you have experience in participating in or leading construction projects, and what you do not know, you will learn if you have the right ambition and work hard. Therefore, it is important that you view this position as a long-term commitment.

You enjoy helping people and have already demonstrated that you have a good capacity and great interest in getting what you are responsible for done as expected or better. So even if you are not currently working as a site manager, you have shown that you are highly productive and willing to work hard to achieve set goals both in the short and long term.

You will work from our office in Länna and from there travel to the delivery addresses you are working with. You are proficient in Swedish both spoken and written, relatively quick on the computer, and you have a driver's license.
