About Apoteket Tyresö Centrum

The pharmacy is located in an attractive shopping center with good opportunities to create a strong customer flow and build long-term customer relationships. Here you get a unique chance to be part of the start and contribute to the development of a new and successful pharmacy – focusing on providing each customer with a professional approach and a positive experience.

The pharmacy will be a large and modern unit in a pleasant shopping center, where you will work alongside many colleagues. The store will have a wide range with a particular focus on self-care. Here you will not only get a new workplace – you will have the opportunity to influence and develop! As part of the team, we will build a strong culture together, create customer relationships from day one, and shape routines that make a difference. Do you want to take on more responsibility? There are opportunities to develop in roles such as medication responsible or product responsible. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09.00–19.00, Saturdays 10.00–17.00, Sundays 11.00–17.00

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you will contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us.

What you will do with us:

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmaceutical and medication landscape
• You thrive in a pharmacy with a wide range of self-care products
