About Apoteket Tyresö Centrum:

The pharmacy is located in an attractive shopping center with good opportunities to create a strong customer flow and build long-term customer relationships. Here you will have a unique chance to be part of the start and contribute to the development of a new and successful pharmacy – focusing on providing every customer with a professional encounter and a positive experience.

The pharmacy will be a large and modern unit in a pleasant shopping center, where you will work together with many colleagues. The store will have a wide assortment with a particular focus on self-care. Opening hours:

Weekdays 09:00–19:00

Saturdays 10:00–17:00

Sundays 11:00–17:00

Your role:

As a pharmacy leader at our Tyresö Centrum pharmacy, you will have a central and important role where you actively drive the development of customer interactions within the prescription channel. By sharing your expertise and commitment, you create a stimulating work environment and enhance a positive customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate with sales leaders, the responsible pharmacist (LMA), and the regional pharmacy leader in the strategic work around our key performance indicators to achieve our goals together. Your ability to inspire and coach your colleagues is key to our success.

In the role of pharmacy leader, you are also expected to contribute ideas and initiatives to make us the obvious choice for our customers.

What you will do with us:

• Coach, support, and inspire your colleagues in customer interactions in the prescription channel
• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Drive improvements and activities related to customer interactions and key performance indicators
• In collaboration with the responsible pharmacist, drive the use of EES

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use. You have worked for at least one year as a pharmacist in a pharmacy. In addition to that, we are looking for someone who has:

• A passion for customer service and helping customers make the best choices for their health and well-being
• The ability to stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• A strong business understanding and goal orientation
• A solution-oriented approach, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• Good collaboration skills and contribute to creating well-functioning teams
• Good knowledge of MS Office
