Job Description

We are now looking for another nurse to join our team where we place collaboration, good communication, and job satisfaction at the center.

• Permanent position 80-100%
• Working hours during the day and every fourth weekend
• Start date according to agreement

Does this description fit you? 

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated to work with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.

In our homes, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more healthcare interventions at a specialized level take place in the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

About the recruitment process

Before any employment, an extract from the criminal record along with valid photo identification must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
