About the role

As a Process Technician/Optimizer with us, you will have a broad and varied role where you work closely with production and are an important part of our efforts to continuously improve and streamline. You will be responsible for conducting trials and optimizing both new and existing processes. You will support production during setups, troubleshoot, and solve problems directly in the operations. You will identify areas for improvement and drive various development and efficiency initiatives. The role also involves participating in technical projects and quality meetings and collaborating closely with the sales and project teams on technical issues.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and enjoys finding smarter solutions. You are quality-conscious, have experience in industry, and have an eye for detail. You thrive in working both independently and collaboratively with others. If you also have experience in programming industrial robots, automation, control systems, or working with Engel & Demag, it is an advantage. Familiarity with Jeeves and Microsoft 365 is also considered a plus.
